Copier Paper

The contract is for the supply of copier and printer paper for Spokane Public Schools. The recommended award is to Complete Office LLC in the amount of $167,790.00 plus tax. The product will be received in five equal shipments and stored in the central warehouse. The contract supports current semi-annual usage for the district. • The product is for use in the district print shop and printers and copy machines located throughout the district. • The paper will go through a rigorous testing process to assure appropriate paper quality for most uses. • The contract is for a fixed price of $39.95 per case, with a total of 4200 cases. • The contract is funded from the general fund.
