Description
The City of Vancouver has entered into a services agreement with Do Good Multnomah to operate the Safe Stay Community. The contract is for a period of one year, from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. The scope of work includes managing the sites and day-to-day operations, enforcing a Code of Conduct, registering and tracking clients, providing housing navigation services, and managing snacks and meals. The contract also includes provisions for payment, termination, and insurance. Key aspects of the contract include:
• The contract is for a total amount not to exceed $2,216,398 USD.
• The Contractor shall provide all necessary services and materials to perform the work.
• The City reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or default.
• The Contractor shall obtain and maintain liability insurance during the term of the agreement.
• The City and Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
