2018-0003 Servers, Data Center Infrastructure Components, Data Center Software - Pearlnet

This contract is for the provision of Servers, Data Center Infrastructure Components, Data Center Software, Installation Services, and Other Related Services to the Atlanta Public Schools. The contract has a term of one year with four optional renewal terms, and the total value of the contract is not to exceed $4,000,000.00 per year. The contractor, PearlNet, LLC, will provide the goods and services on an as-needed basis, and the Atlanta Public Schools will pay for the satisfactory performance of the services and delivery of the goods.
