HVAC Services

The City of Independence, MO is seeking a vendor to provide HVAC services, including maintenance, repair, and installation of new HVAC equipment for various City-owned buildings. The vendor will also be required to provide emergency service on a 24-hour basis, including weekends and holidays. The contract term is for a one-year period, with two one-year renewal options. The City reserves the right to obtain quotes on repairs from other sources. • The vendor must have technical experience in the Automated Logic System. • The vendor must employ at least two service technicians who have passed the Automated Logic Corporation's Technical Essentials Training Course. • The vendor will be required to provide a written report after each service call. • The vendor will be paid on an hourly basis, with a separate rate for emergency labor. • The vendor will be required to provide parts and materials as needed.
