Surveying ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is for surveying services to support City of Pittsburgh projects on an as-needed basis. The services may include project-specific professional service proposals, existing conditions documentation, surveys, and other tasks. The contract has a term of two years with the option to extend for two successive periods of one year each. The total compensation payable by the City to the consultant cannot exceed $2,500,000 annually. The contract includes provisions for termination, data ownership, audit rights, and indemnity. The consultant must provide all work within the time limits required under the agreement, and time is of the essence.
