Event Staffing & Security

The contract is for event staffing and security services for various events and venues at Georgia State University, including the Convocation Center, Center Parc Stadium, and GSU Sports Arena. The apparent successful offeror is Innovative Solution Advisors, LLC, dba Stadium People, with an estimated award amount of $684,261.00. • The events and venues include the Georgia State University Convocation Center, Center Parc Stadium, GSU Sports Arena, 188 MLK Soccer Complex, GSU Baseball & Softball Complexes. • The vendor must provide staffing at minimum levels, including 75 staff members for Convocation/Commencement Ceremonies, 130 staff members for Football Games, and 60 staff members for Georgia State Men's Basketball. • The vendor must also provide event staff training materials, background check requirements for employees, and support items such as radios, uniforms, and golf carts. • The contract includes insurance requirements, sales and use tax compliance, and a non-discrimination clause.
