Description
The City of Stuart has awarded an annual contract for uniform building code inspection services to JPI (Joe Payne, PE MBA). The contract includes the provision of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide uniform building code inspection services. The services will be performed in accordance with the Florida Building Code and will include inspections, plan reviews, and code compliance services. The contract has a term of one year with the option for four additional one-year renewal periods. The vendor will provide a team of experienced professionals, including a chief inspector, assistant chief plans examiner, and building inspectors, to perform the services. The contract also includes provisions for payment, termination, and indemnification.
