C-101651 RFP 17-24 On-Call Facilitation Services

The City of Vancouver has entered into an agreement with Kearns & West Inc for on-call facilitation services. The agreement is for a period of 5 years, from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2029. The Contractor will provide services including meeting facilitation, project coordination, and community conversations. The City will pay the Contractor a maximum of $300,000.00 USD for the services provided. The agreement includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and insurance. • The Contractor will provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. • The City will provide access to relevant information and personnel to facilitate the services. • The Contractor will submit monthly invoices for services provided. • The City will pay the Contractor within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. • The agreement can be terminated by either party with written notice. • The Contractor will indemnify the City against any claims or damages arising from the services provided.
