Description
This contract is for the provision of athletic equipment, apparel, and related services to James Madison University. The contract includes a 10% discount on track equipment and 30% discount on various apparel items. The contractor, Riddell, shall provide free delivery on all equipment and waive restocking and shipping fees for returns/exchanges. The contract also includes a 2% annual product rebate to James Madison University based on total invoiced sales. The contract term is for three years, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
