INMATE TELEPHONE AND VIDEO VISITATION SERVICES

The County of Sacramento is seeking a contractor to provide inmate telephone and video visitation services for the Sacramento County Sheriff Department and Probation Department. The contract includes the provision of inmate communication solutions, including recorded onsite standard phone visitation and voice biometrics, as well as video visitation services. The contractor will be required to provide services at three facilities: the Main Jail Division, the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center, and the Youth Detention Facility. The contract is expected to be finalized around March 2016. • The contract includes the provision of inmate communication solutions, including recorded onsite standard phone visitation and voice biometrics, as well as video visitation services. • The contractor will be required to provide services at three facilities: the Main Jail Division, the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center, and the Youth Detention Facility. • The contract is contingent upon mutual agreement of terms, conditions, implementation methodology, or other features necessary to finalize the contract. • The contract is expected to be finalized around March 2016. • The County appreciates the participation of all proposers in this Request for Proposal process.
