Moving Services

The Department of Legal Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide professional moving services for the relocation of staff assets from 700 Central Avenue, Suite 600, St. Petersburg, Florida to 3501 East Frontage Road, Suite 300, and 3507 East Frontage Road, Suite #100, Tampa, Florida. The move is anticipated to take place in mid-October 2025 and will include planning, packing, disassembly, transportation, delivery, reassembly, and post-move clean-up. The contractor must have experience in commercial or government office relocations and provide documentation of at least three large-scale commercial office moves. • The contractor must be licensed and insured and provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance that meets the coverage limits identified in Attachment F. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide a detailed scope of work, including a timeline and milestones, and must be able to complete the project within the specified timeframe. • The contractor must have a proven track record of providing high-quality moving services and must be able to provide references from previous clients. • The contractor must be registered to do business in the state of Florida and must comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
