Asset/Inventory/Resource Management and Credentialing/ID System

The San Mateo County Department of Emergency Management is seeking a vendor to provide an Asset/Inventory/Resource Management and Credentialing/ID System. The system should support concurrent use by multiple representatives from different jurisdictions and provide tagging, tracking, reporting of inventory, and production of standard credentials. The results of this RFP may be shared with other California counties as a basis for their own seeking of an asset management and credentialing system. The contract was awarded to Salamander Technologies, LLC. • The system should support steady state, emergency situations, and field operations. • The system should provide real-time lookup, scanning, and displaying of data. • The system should be able to produce rapid credentials. • The contract is subject to execution of a written contract and purchase order.
