Supply and Reclamation Refrigerant Services

The contract is for the supply and reclamation of refrigerant services for Charlotte County Public Schools. The scope of work includes establishing firm fixed pricing for the supply, disposal, and reclamation of refrigerant from existing tanks/cylinders. The awarded vendor, Airgas Refrigerants Inc., will provide these services as needed by the school district. Key aspects of the contract include: • The vendor must hold a current EPA Universal Certification and be qualified to supply gas products and reclaim gas products meeting ARI reclamation standards. • The vendor will provide delivery/pick-up services to the CCPS Maintenance Department. • The contract includes pricing for various types of refrigerant, including R-22, R-404A, and R-134A. • The vendor will also provide reclamation services, including recovery of system refrigerant and reclamation from existing units/cylinders.
