COURIER PICKUP AND DELIVERY SERVICE

The County of Orange Assessor Department has awarded a contract to Mail Dispatch, LLC for courier pickup and delivery services. The contract is for a period of 5 years, from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2027. The services include pickup and delivery of mail from the Assessor Department to the USPS Spurgeon Station, Monday through Friday, excluding County holidays. The contract has a total value of $25,000. The scope of work includes the pickup and delivery schedule, mail volume, and delivery addresses. • The contract is a subordinate agreement to a regional cooperative agreement (RCA-017-22010012). • The contractor is responsible for providing the services at the rates specified in the RCA. • The County of Orange Assessor Department is responsible for paying the contractor based on the invoices submitted. • The contract includes provisions for notices, invoicing, and payment terms.
