24-0164 Document Management Services (State COOP)

The City of Goodyear has awarded a contract to ICM Conversions, Inc. dba ICM Document Solutions for document management services, including document imaging/scanning and end-to-end document management. The contract is for a period of 2 years, with the option to renew for an additional 2 years. The services will be provided at the rates set forth in the State Contract. The City of Goodyear will pay the vendor on a monthly basis, based on the work performed and completed to date, and upon submission and approval of invoices.
