HVAC Installation, Maintenance, and Repair

The School Board of Charlotte County, Florida has awarded a contract for HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services to four vendors: Air Mechanical & Service Corp., Country Cooling & Heating, Inc., Crowther Roofing and Sheet Metal of Florida, Inc., and Pilar Services, Inc. The contract is for a period of two years, from October 14, 2025 to October 13, 2027. The vendors will provide services for small and large projects, under and over $20,000, respectively. The contract includes terms and conditions, pricing, and other requirements as specified in the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) document. • The contract requires the vendors to provide a Certificate of Insurance within 7 days of the award. • The vendors must wear a uniform statewide photo identification badge on school grounds. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the ITN document and the School Board's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. • The vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Florida Statute, Section 1012.467(8)(a). • The contract includes provisions for claims and exceptions, as well as requirements for certifications and references.
