CSUDH Student Housing Cleaning Services

The California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services for its Student Housing buildings/units. The contractor will be responsible for providing equipment, tools, cleaning supplies, management, and staff to perform as-needed cleaning services. The contract was awarded to Relax Maintenance Solutions Inc. The CSU reserves the right to award the agreement to one or more vendors providing the best value and service to the CSU. • The contractor must ensure cleaning is performed in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a healthy, clean, and neat appearance. • The contractor must provide equipment, tools, cleaning supplies, management, and staff to perform as-needed cleaning services. • The contract was awarded through a competitive bidding process, with the RFP # CSUDH-RFP-00000545-2024. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the RFP and the subsequent contract agreement.
