This multi‑year contract provides comprehensive food‑service operations for inmates and correctional staff, as well as a full‑service commissary system for the McHenry County Jail. The awardee must deliver three daily meals to the inmate population, operate an officer dining room, install and maintain at least 22 self‑service kiosks, integrate proprietary software with CoreForce, IC Solutions, and Access Corrections, and manage all inventory, pricing, and reporting requirements while complying with NCCHC, ACA, and Illinois jail standards.
