SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL SERVICES

The County of Riverside was seeking qualified companies to provide professional support services for the implementation and operation of the Short Term Rental Ordinance. The ordinance regulates the activity of renting a privately owned residential dwelling unit for any period of less than thirty consecutive days in order to safeguard the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the residents in the unincorporated areas of the County of Riverside.
