URGENT Emergency One Week Rental of a 10-Stall Restroom

This contract is for the urgent emergency rental of a 10-stall restroom trailer for one week. The rental includes delivery, setup, and pickup of the equipment, as well as a generator fee, asset delivery, and waste pumpout. The total cost of the rental is $8,750.00. The contract was awarded to Doodie Calls, and the point-of-contact for the vendor is Heather. The contract is for a period of 30 days, starting from November 9, 2024, and ending on December 9, 2024. • The rental includes a 10-stall restroom trailer and an ADA pod trailer. • The contract has a cancellation policy, where cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will be subject to a minimum charge of $100.00 or 50% of the invoice total. • The customer is responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment, except for reasonable wear and tear. • The Rental Protection Plan (RPP) is optional, and the customer can choose to opt in or out of it.
