SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL SERVICES

The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Services Department is seeking qualified companies to provide professional support services for the implementation and operation of its Ordinance Regulating Short Term Rentals. The purpose of the ordinance is to regulate short-term rentals, ensure payment of registration fees and transiency occupancy taxes, and protect the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of residents and visitors. The contract was awarded to Vacation Rental Compliance.
