The County of Riverside issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Project Portfolio Management System, but the bid was cancelled on August 22, 2016. The system was to include SaaS licenses, implementation, configuration, training, and custom configurations. The County appreciates the interest of potential bidders and encourages them to visit their website for future bid opportunities. Key features of the system included:
• SaaS licenses for 1-50, 51-100, and 101+ full user licenses
• Implementation and configuration services
• Training services
• Custom configurations at an hourly rate
The County may cancel the procurement process at any time, as stated in Section 9.0 of the Bid.
