Family Advocacy & Liaison Services

The County of Fresno, Department of Social Services, is seeking a vendor to provide Family Advocacy and Liaison Services for Child Welfare clients. The services include providing case management to families at risk of entering the Child Welfare System, linkages, referrals, and case management. The selected vendor will provide support to families through case management and assist families with placement of relative foster youth. The contract term is for three years with the option to renew for up to two additional 12-month periods. The maximum annual award is $342,286. • The RFP evaluation panel ranked the proposals and recommended awarding the contract to Cultural Brokers, Inc. • The contract includes a comprehensive training curriculum for advocate/liaisons. • The vendor will provide services to 560 unduplicated families annually. • The contract has a total available funding of $1,454,715.50.
