Install, operate, and maintain automated teller machines (ATM)-TO

Coastal Carolina University is seeking a vendor to install, operate, and maintain automated teller machines (ATMs) at two locations on campus. The contract was awarded to Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union for $115,500.00. The vendor will be required to provide a monthly guarantee of at least $500.00 for each ATM. The contract includes three service line items: monthly guarantee for the HTC Center ATM, monthly guarantee for the Lib Jackson Student Union ATM #1, and monthly guarantee for the Lib Jackson Student Union ATM #2. • The vendor must provide documentation showing classification as a federally-insured financial institution. • The vendor must provide documentation of three years' experience in supplying similar services to entities similar in scope. • The vendor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the requirement to provide a monthly guarantee. • The vendor must upload all required documents, including the cover page and any amendments, to the online bidding system. • The vendor must provide all required information, including registration information, before a purchase order will be issued.
