FOSTER FAMILY AGENCY SERVICES

The County of Orange has awarded a contract to Futuro Infantil Hispano, FFA for the provision of Foster Family Agency Services. The contract commenced on July 1, 2024, and will terminate on June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for an additional two-year term. The contractor will provide services, facilities, equipment, and supplies as described in the contract attachments. The contract includes provisions for non-discrimination, licensing and standards, delegation and assignment, subcontracting, and confidentiality. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to privacy and security. The contract also includes provisions for breach notification and reporting.
