University Housing Summer Deep Cleaning Services

The contract is for summer deep cleaning services for residential halls and apartments on the Cal Poly campus for University Housing. The first year of services shall be performed starting June 19, 2023, and must be completed by September 8, 2023. The work consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and other expenses necessary to effect and provide complete deep cleaning services in accordance with the specifications. • The contract was awarded to two vendors: Aim to Please Janitorial Services, Inc. and CBJ Building Maintenance, Inc. dba California’s Best Janitorial. • The contract has a duration of 81 days. • The point-of-contact person is Michele Winterfeldt, Procurement Manager at Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. • The contract is for a 3-year term with the option for extension.
