CREDENTIALING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS SERVICES

The County of Riverside, specifically the Riverside County Regional Medical Center (RCRMC), is seeking a Credentialing Management System to automate verification and database management tasks for over 550 medical staff and allied health professional staff practitioners. The system should meet all regulatory credentialing standards requirements and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of RCRMC's credentialing/privileging processes. The contract was awarded to Applied Statistics & Management, Inc. • The system should be able to manage complex tasks such as credentialing, privileging, proctoring, re-credentialing, reporting, and primary source verifications. • The system should be able to reduce overall annual costs and develop cost management solutions. • The system should be able to fully implement an online application module and decrease technical support to configure the hospital's credentialing processes, applications, supplemental documents, and reports.
