Description
The City of Port Arthur purchased two paratransit vans for its Transit Department from Creative Bus Sales, Inc. The contract was awarded on September 2013, with a total cost of $93,850. The vans are 2014 Dodge RT Grand Caravan SE Braun Commercial Entervans, with a 3.6L V6 OHV engine and 6-speed automatic transmission. The contract includes various specifications, such as ADA compliance, FMVSS and CMVSS compliance, and CARB approval. The City of Port Arthur reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make no award if it deems such action to be in its best interest.
