EVENT STAFFING

This contract is for event staffing and security services for Georgia Southern University. The contractor will provide a minimum of 115 employees for a football game and will be required to furnish staffing for concerts, graduations, and other events. The contract term is from the date of award until the end of the State's current fiscal year, with four one-year options to renew. The contractor must comply with all requirements set forth in the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
