MDT Equipment & Support

The City of Pittsburgh awarded a contract to Staples Contract & Commercial LLC for MDT Equipment & Support. The contract includes the provision of Level 4 Service, which covers devices added or procured throughout the contract duration, as well as legacy systems. The contractor must provide a dedicated account representative and a dedicated service manager with Panasonic and the provisioning entity. The contractor must also provide training and documentation on the use and provisioning of MDTs, as well as asset tracking and maintenance and support. The contract has a term of 5 years, from May 1, 2020, to April 30, 2025. The contract value is estimated to be $65,600.00 per year for Level 4 Service.
