NextScan Microfiche Scanner

The City of Tucson has entered into a service agreement with NextScan for the purchase of a FlexScan Microfiche Scanner. The agreement includes the purchase of a FlexScan 400 Base, a FlexScan Fiche Module, and a FlexScan Auto Loader, as well as annual support and onsite installation. The total cost of the agreement is $48,505.00, with an additional $10,250.00 for annual support and onsite installation. The agreement is for a period of 5 years, from July 27, 2022, to September 30, 2027. The City of Tucson reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon 30 days' written notice. • The agreement includes provisions for payment, warranties, and termination. • The City of Tucson is responsible for paying the total cost of the agreement, plus any applicable taxes and fees. • NextScan is responsible for providing the equipment and services specified in the agreement, as well as any necessary maintenance and support. • The agreement includes a provision for annual support, which includes remote package and onsite installation. • The City of Tucson has the right to inspect and accept the equipment and services provided by NextScan. • The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
