Translation Services

The Elk Grove Unified School District issued an RFP for translation services, and after evaluating eight proposals, they intend to award a contract to LaGuardia Translations, Accent on Languages, and Syntex Global. The contract is for translation services, and the District's evaluation committee determined that these three vendors offered the best overall solution for the District's current and anticipated needs. The scope of work includes providing translation services to the District. • The RFP was issued on March 8, 2024, and eight proposals were received by the closing date of March 28, 2024. • The evaluation committee consisted of members from English Lerner Services. • The District's sole purpose in the evaluation process is to determine which proposal is best suited to meet the District's needs. • The contract award is subject to the vendors' ability to meet the District's needs and provide the required translation services.
