The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin is seeking quotes from qualified and licensed contractors to perform as-needed HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation services. The contract was awarded to four vendors: Clemco Mechanical, AirTech, Prime Mechanical, and Miller Mechanical. The vendors submitted quotes for regular service, OT/after-hours/emergency services, and prevailing wage rates.
