Description
This contract provides in‑home senior care services funded under the Senior Care Act (SCA) and Older Americans Act (OAA) for residents of Butler, Harvey, and Sedgwick counties, Kansas. The County issued a formal Request for Bid (RFB #25‑0088) and, after two addenda, awarded multiple vendors to deliver a suite of services at fixed unit rates. Services include attendant personal care, homemaker assistance, personal emergency response devices, medication management/installation, and both in‑home and out‑of‑home respite care. The contract term is one year with the possibility of up to three one‑year renewals, and payments are made monthly based on unit quantities reported by each vendor.
