Moving Services

This contract awards a statewide moving‑services agreement for North Dakota government offices. The selected vendor must provide packing supplies and commercial moving services on an as‑needed basis, covering items such as desks, cubicles, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, IT equipment, and artwork. Work is performed statewide, with separate rate structures for in‑town (≤ 30 mi) and out‑of‑town moves, and includes strict personnel, background‑check, insurance, and safety requirements.
