Description
This contract is for employee paid legal services provided by Hyatt Legal Plans, Inc. to the City of Goodyear. The services include advice and consultation, consumer protection, debt matters, defense of civil lawsuits, document preparation, family law, immigration, personal injury, real estate matters, traffic and criminal matters, and wills and estate planning. The contract has a term of 2 years with automatic renewal for one-year terms until either party gives notice of termination. The contract value is $10.50 per employee per month.
