One (1) third-party provider with the ability to offer a minimum of 300 non-credit programs

The Citadel is seeking one third-party provider to offer a minimum of 300 non-credit programs with a minimum of 16 instructional hours per course. The programs must be delivered 100% online with 24/7/365 availability. The contract was initially set to be a one-year contract with 4 additional one-year options, but it was cancelled with no award. The solicitation includes requirements for program development, student support, and financial marketing. • The program provider must describe its process for identifying content areas of high demand in the U.S. and South Carolina. • The program provider must describe its development process for ensuring that programs meet the needs of learners' diverse learning styles and meet accessibility/universal design requirements for online educational programs. • The program provider must provide total cost for each program listed and include any additional costs incurred by participants that are required or recommended for program completion but are not included in the program fee. • The program provider must describe the services it will provide to advertise and promote program content and to increase enrollments in programs.
