Door Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Services

Metropolitan Community College (MO) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide door maintenance, repair, and replacement services on an as-needed basis. The contract includes various hourly rates for overhead doors and other door systems, as well as preventative maintenance prices. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary tools, equipment, and personnel to perform the services. • Hourly rates for overhead doors: $88.50 (normal service hours), $132.75 (after hours), $177.00 (weekends or holidays) • Hourly rates for other door systems: $88.50 (normal service hours), $132.75 (after hours), $177.00 (weekends or holidays) • Preventative maintenance prices: $60.00 (low energy doors), $80.00 (high energy doors) • Percentage added to cost for materials: 25%
