Vehicular Training Experience-EMS Students (Paramedic/EMT)

This contract is for a supervised Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Paramedic Preceptorship between the City of Cottonwood and Yavapai Community College District. The contract provides for the City of Cottonwood to provide vehicular and field experiences to students, while the College provides classroom education. The contract has a term of 5 years and may be renewed for successive 5-year terms. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and confidentiality. The scope of work includes the provision of preceptorship experiences for EMT and paramedic students, with the City of Cottonwood providing supervision and instruction.
