Description
The contract is for the design, procurement, installation, and programming of equipment to replace the audio-visual system in the Union Pacific Centennial Room (CCI 129 and CCI 130) at Laramie County Community College. The project includes providing all labor, materials, accessories, incidentals, services, and equipment necessary to complete the project as specified in the bid documents. The work is scheduled to begin on July 30, 2025, and substantial completion is scheduled for September 1, 2025.
• The Union Pacific Centennial Room is a 4,510-square-foot conference and multi-use space.
• A mandatory pre-bid meeting was held on April 15, 2025.
• The bid was failed and the college will rebid the project at a later date.
• The contract documents include IFB 199388, Exhibit A LCCC Insurance Requirements, Exhibit B 2024 Prevailing Wage Rates Construction, Exhibit C CSI Division Assignment Schedule, Exhibit D Materials or Methods Substitution Request Form, and LCCC Map 2024.
