Planning Support Services

The contract is for Planning Support Services, and the vendor, HDR Engineering, Inc., will provide services as described in Exhibit A, attached to the agreement. The contract has a term of three years, with two two-year options for renewal upon written mutual agreement. The contract includes provisions for services to be furnished by the consultant, services to be furnished by Forward Pinellas, invoice requirements, compensation, records, reporting, and ownership of documents. The contract also includes provisions for indemnification, default and termination, assignment, fiscal funding, and prohibition against contingency fees. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and must not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of the contract.
