SafeCare Services - Evidenced-Based In-Home Parenting Education Program

The County of Riverside issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) for SafeCare in-home parenting education services. The contract was tentatively awarded to MarSell Consulting for Zone 1 and California Family Life Center (CFLC) for Zones 2, 3, and 4. The services include evidenced-based in-home parenting education programs for four different zones in Riverside County.
