Description
The contract is for the provision of an athletic trainer/sports medicine electronic medical record system and third-party administration services to assist in billing, collecting, and administration for revenue generation. The system must be HIPAA compliant and provide different modes of scheduling, revenue sharing, and document storage. The contract also requires the vendor to have coders on staff to verify certified CPT and ICD codes. The contract has a term of one year with four optional one-year renewals.
