Comprehensive Employee Commuter Bus Service

The San Mateo County Office of Sustainability is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive employee commuter bus service for San Mateo County employees. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the shuttle bus services and operations, including vehicle purchase or lease, cleaning, fueling, maintenance, staffing, and permitting. The contract term is for two years, with an option to extend for an additional year. The vendor will be required to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and standards for busing, and to establish and maintain superior levels of customer service.
