This solicitation seeks a vendor to supply a full range of custom‑branded public‑safety uniforms—including shirts, jackets, trousers, accessories, and specialty items—for four Gwinnett County agencies (Corrections, Fire & Emergency Services, Police Services, and the Sheriff’s Office) on a one‑year contract with up to four one‑year renewal options. The vendor must provide unit‑priced garments that include all required patches, embroidery, silkscreen, hemming, measuring, and FOB‑destination delivery, plus on‑site fittings twice per year and maintain employee‑fit records. Orders will be “as‑needed” and must be accompanied by a purchase‑order number and packing slip; back‑order notifications are required within five days of receipt. The contract requires substantial insurance coverage and compliance with E‑Verify and ethics affidavits.
• Supply ~150 line‑item uniform SKUs (shirts, polos, jackets, rain gear, caps, beanies, etc.) with custom graphics per agency‑specific graphics appendices.
• Provide full‑service delivery: embroidery, patches, sizing, on‑site fittings, and order tracking via PO numbers; all items delivered FOB‑Destination to multiple county locations.
• Meet strict insurance (CGL $2 M, auto $1 M, workers’ comp, umbrella up to $10 M) and E‑Verify/ethics requirements; pricing must be firm for the base year and any renewal years.
• Bid submission must be a sealed physical package delivered by 2:50 PM on June 12 2026; questions due May 14 2026.
