Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for semi-annual boiler inspection and maintenance services at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The services include annual inspections of hot water condensing boilers, semi-annual BEI Safety device testing, and annual internal boiler inspections on high-pressure boilers. The contractor must be a manufacture-trained service representative and provide a capability statement addressing their qualifications and experience.
• The contract requires inspection and maintenance of various boilers, including high-pressure steam boilers and low-pressure condensing boilers.
• The contractor must coordinate with the VA to schedule inspections without interfering with patient needs.
• The contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB).
