Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide event planning and management services for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. The contractor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing events and conferences, including marketing, registration, coordination of event site, food and beverages, event evaluation, and presenter/speaker logistics. The contract period is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience in event planning and management and be located within 50 driving miles of Jefferson City, MO.
• Minimum experience requirements: 10 years of experience in event planning and management
• Team/personnel qualifications: Leadership team with 10 years of experience in meeting planning and Certified Meeting Planner certification
• Work plan and pricing requirements: Contractor must submit a work plan and pricing page with a firm, fixed total price for event planning and management services
• Event-related services: Contractor must provide event-related services, including marketing, registration, coordination of event site, food and beverages, event evaluation, and presenter/speaker logistics
• Payment terms: Contractor will be paid based on a firm, fixed total price for event planning and management services, with a guaranteed not-to-exceed total price for event-related services
