Description
The State of New Hampshire, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Bridge Maintenance is seeking a contractor to provide Covered Bridge Fire Alarm Services, including monitoring, inspection, testing, service, and repairs. The contract will be for a period of three years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the services. The contract has a maximum amount of $30,000, with $10,000 allocated for each fiscal year. The contractor must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in fire alarm monitoring, inspection, testing, service, and repair, and must also have experience with Protectowire systems and control panels.
• The contractor will be responsible for monitoring the fire alarm systems at five covered bridge locations.
• The contractor will be required to perform annual inspections, testing, and maintenance of the fire alarm systems.
• The contractor will be required to perform repairs and modifications to the fire alarm systems as needed.
• The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance and proof of workers' compensation insurance.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and equal employment opportunity.
