Bulk Laundry Services (JDH, Outpatient Pavilion and FSC)

The University of Connecticut Health Center is seeking proposals for bulk laundry services, including pick-up of soiled linen, processing, management, and delivery of clean linen. A non-mandatory site visit will be held on February 3rd, 2026. The proposal should include all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, supplies, and incidentals. • The services will be provided for JDH, Outpatient Pavilion, and FSC. • The proposal should include a description of the services, pricing, and any relevant experience. • The University of Connecticut Health Center reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the University.
