Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Integrated Service Network 23, is conducting market research to determine if there are other sources willing and capable of providing the necessary equipment for Patient Ceiling Lift Motor Replacement at the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. The industry day will allow potential contractors/vendors to submit a non-binding statement of interest and possible documentation demonstrating their capabilities. The interested parties will visit the site on their scheduled day for a tour of the subject area. The tour will give vendors an idea of the space requirements as well as a chance to examine the existing system.
• The replacement of existing ceiling lift motors with brand name or equal supplies is required.
• The installation should be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove and install new ceiling lift motors.
• Advanced Technician Training for 3 Biomed staff will be provided by the contractor.
